Challenge:
Bristol Global Services, a relocation services company headquartered in Phoenix, recently transferred ownership to a new group of investors. Bristol’s first challenge is to differentiate itself directly to the corporate human resources (HR) professional as the resource for relocation services in the U.S. and abroad. Secondly, it must compete against other relocation services within a larger corporate structure.
Solution:
Vanguard Media Group provided a strategic and tactical foundation for properly positioning Bristol and their services according to primary and secondary differentiators, as spelled out in a clear communications plan. Visually, we expressed the qualities of good hospitality: clean, simple, elegant and classic. The resulting pineapple is the international symbol for hospitality. We also modified Bristol’s name to better reflect its business: Bristol Global Mobility.
