Challenge:
Rebrand a group of state agencies into a unified, branded organization through a strategic communications approach which will support job development and employment in Nevada.
Solution:
Vanguard Media Group developed a visual and verbal identity for the agency we named Nevada JobConnect. Through use of a strategic communications plan and market research, we executed on a thorough, entirely successful multimedia campaign to create lasting links in the public's mind about Nevada JobConnect. We launched a statewide direct mail campaign at business owners and teamed with Nevada State Bank to distribute information pertaining to how the project works. The name is simple, straightforward and intuitive. Nevada JobConnect connects people with jobs in Nevada.
Citizen awareness of the program is 90 percent. Business awareness is 75 percent.
