The Preserve at Park City, is a high-end real estate development located
in a sophisticated, upscale, Rocky Mountain ski resort town. The Preserve’s
developer wanted to differentiate the project from the dozens of competing
communities springing up in the crowded Park City marketplace. Vanguard
was charged to do just that.
CHALLENGE |
Develop an identity, marketing communication materials, and a website
that differentiated The Preserve from its primary competitors.
SOLUTION
|
Vanguard developed a unique identity using the primary foliage within
The Preserve. Using breathtaking environmental photography, Vanguard’s
design team created collateral materials that were visually appealing,
and which communicated The Preserve’s “reason to buy” value
proposition. Finally, the Vanguard team designed and programmed website
that allows visitors from thousands of miles away to tour the property
from the air, and get a visual feel for the dramatic beauty of the
entire project.
